About The Position
The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) at the Regional Transportation District (RTD) plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager/Chief Executive Officer (GM/CEO) in executing the agency's mission, vision, and strategic plan. The DCEO is responsible for overseeing key areas such as Civil Rights, Contracting and Procurement, Infrastructure, Planning, and Safety and Environmental Compliance. This position requires strong leadership and collaboration to foster an employee-centric culture and ensure the agency delivers excellent public transportation services.
