About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BSA-AML Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BSA-AML compliance and operations management. As the BSA-AML Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the BSA-AML training program, including developing and implementing procedures, conducting training sessions (in-person and virtual), and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
• Strong knowledge of BSA-AML regulations and guidelines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• CAMS certification or equivalent BSA-AML certification
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of Global Vision Patriot Officer and/or Nasdaq Verafin
• Public speaking
• Strong knowledge of all MS Suite products including Powerpoint

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BSA-AML procedures, job aids, and presentations
• Conduct training sessions for retail staff on BSA-AML compliance and emerging trends
• Monitor and review transactions for suspicious activity through Equity AML software
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Work with BSA leadership to build and deliver training to BSA staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective BSA-AML operations
• Other duties as assigned such as high-risk reviews, Sar dashboard alerts, and fraud-related tasks
• 10-15% travel required
