The Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role involves achieving sales and profit goals for the department, monitoring quality assurance standards, and directing and supervising all functions of the Coffee kiosk. The Dept Leader supports the Deli Manager in day-to-day kiosk operations, embraces the Customer 1st strategy, and encourages associates to deliver excellent customer service.
