The position involves direct supervision of a minimum of 1800 accounts and/or 10 employees in a depot or in two depots. The role requires adherence to the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable Federal/State laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The selected candidate will work closely with the District Manager to ensure Depot performance in both KPI's and Safety compliance. Additional duties include managing payroll systems, training drivers on DOT Compliance Hours of Service, conducting audits of company vehicles and equipment, managing workloads in the routing system, and accurately reporting inventory.
