The role of the Raytheon Depot Administrator is to provide production control and logistics support efforts to the Raytheon Turreted repair programs at FRCSE. The role of this individual is to manage inductions into the factory and ownership of the Government Furnished Material (GFM) and Raytheon owned inventory. The DA serves as the primary point of contact for all material related questions for the FRCSE Artisans, AAR (3rd party logistics provider), and Common Products Management. This position will be onsite in Jacksonville, FL

Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 0 years’ experience.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Combined experience in any of the following: Supply Chain, Production and/or and Planning Control, MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Property Management, or Delivery Administration.

Prior experience managing a depot in a military environment.

Responsibilities

Monitoring parts shortages, prioritizing the needs for each and communicating that status back to the Site Lead.
Responsible for receiving parts, ensuring MMIS indicates their proper location, and issuing the parts to the units which require them.
Accountable for this inventory and its management.
Supporting Government material audits and RTX property team audits.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
