About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bank or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Previous administrative or cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple guests.
• Strong math and verbal skills are needed.
• Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in controlling the flow of money through the building.
• Provide administrative support through reconciliation of money and paperwork.
• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by combining food, drinks, and games.
• Keep immediate supervisor informed of any significant problems or unusual matters.
• Act as the initial point of security for all money and private guest information.
• Make timely and accurate calculations of bill transactions.
• Handle money accurately and balance a high volume of receipts.
• Assist staff with banks, checkouts, and money equivalent procedures.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Conduct inventory during and after shifts, if applicable.
• Review cleanliness and organization of all Deposits areas.
• Check for restocking of necessary supplies and bring areas up to standard.
• Discuss problem areas with management and assist other team members as needed.
