About The Position

The Depositor Services Representative is a customer facing position and is responsible for opening and servicing bank depository accounts in an accurate and professional manner. Employees in this position excel in customer service, relationship building and contribute to the foundation of the Cornerstone Bank family. This is a full-time position is Monday - Friday with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package.

Requirements

• Equivalent to a high school education.
• One-year work experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products.
• Must be accurate and detail oriented.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team atmosphere and independently while balancing multiple tasks.
• Ability to deliver unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank

Responsibilities

• WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH OPENING ALL TYPES OF DEPOSITORY ACCOUNTS, CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT, IRA AND HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNTS.
• WILL HELP MAINTAIN THE INSTANT ISSUE CARD PROGRAM.
• WILL PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ANSWER INQUIRIES FROM BRANCH LOCATIONS AND CORRESPONDENT BANKS.
