The group you’ll be a part of The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. The impact you’ll make You will create and revise Deposition hardware maintenance training materials for global field service personnel and customers. What you’ll do Design and develop comprehensive maintenance courses for field service personnel on semiconductor manufacturing equipment Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive training modules, including e-learning and instructor-led training Revise and update instructor led training materials based on instructor feedback Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and verify course content Verify lists of procedures for Performance Based Equipment Training (PBETs) for Virtual Reality (VR) training, confirming that the list is complete, matches the tool configuration, and includes procedures that need to be performed before, after, or during the listed procedures Create tool certifications Develop or revise assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learner comprehension Continuously update and improve course content to reflect the latest industry advancements and best practices Stay current with trends and advancements in semiconductor technology and educational methodologies
