As a Deposit Service Specialist I in the Baytree Headquarters, you will play a vital role by providing exceptional service to both external Members and internal Team Members. In addition, you will manage routine inquiries, review and complete Member requests accurately, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements

  • 1-3 years customer service experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Financial operations or financial account servicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and complete account research and maintenance requests.
  • Research and complete Verification of Deposit (VOD) requests from Members and outside companies.
  • Review daily report of Safe Deposit, sends corresponding letters, and informs branches of drill notices when necessary.
  • Aids with questions and concerns involving deposit accounts and membership documents in the phone queue and making outbound phone calls when required.
  • Perform quality control review of new membership eligibility and serve as the Membership Officer on behalf of the credit union.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to Member inquiries. Resolve basic issues or escalate complex cases to senior Team Members as needed.
