Deposit Process Specialist - CHROME Federal Credit Union Who are we? What you will do: This position is part of a team which provides support and/or service to our members and to multiple internal departments across the credit union. The following job duties are on a rotating schedule: Monitor and solve member and employee tickets via Zendesk Process and balance daily posting of ACH and Draft Exceptions, return items/chargebacks ACH processing Process and monitor all Digital Banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Deposit items Process all incoming and outgoing wire transfers Audit new accounts and monitor several reports Research and solve more complex member questions, problems, and issues regarding member accounts Resolve escalated inquiries/issues from Call Center Debit cards Monitor and solve member and employee tickets via Zendesk Process IRAs and HSAs Process court ordered documents - such as, subpoenas, levies and garnishments Process decedent accounts How you will thrive in this role: These skills and abilities are critical to thrive in the role of a Deposit Process Specialist.
