About The Position

The Deposit Operations Representative is responsible for day two validation.

Requirements

• Equivalent to four years high school or GED, with particular emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others.
• 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers.
• Ability to utilize common sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral or diagrammed instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in situations of a routine nature.

Responsibilities

• Daily interest check processing.
• Daily processing of return mail.
• Dormant account monitoring.
• Closed account verification.
• Charge Off processing.
• Deposit Collection Recovery.
• Charge off Dispute Research and Resolution.
• Ensure Regulatory Codes are accurate.
• Review accounts for correct postal identification.
• Reconciliation of internal accounts.
• Answer account verification requests.
• Answer and assist branches regarding processing exceptions and other deposit related questions.
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.
• Club account check processing.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
