Requirements

  • 3-5 years deposit operations ACH experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Advanced Computer Skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights as necessary
  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Experience with FIS Insight, Exceptions Processing, Writing Procedures, and NACHA, Reg E regulations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute a daily pipeline of assigned work while ensuring accuracy and quality of activities as per predetermined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), policy, procedures and Key Performance and Risk Indicators (KPIs, KRIs).
  • Lead by example and be open to learn various CDO functions.
  • Assist with leading ACH Suspended Files, ACH Nonpost Transactions, and several other ACH related tasks.
  • Perform daily work as part of a core team with focus on quality, SLA, KRIs/KPIs, policy and procedures.
  • Act as a point of escalation within the team and answer questions and escalations efficiently.
  • Identify repeat problems and help coach the team as needed.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Be a change agent and role model for the team; lead new ideas for process efficiency.
