About The Position

Responsibilities

• Assist internal department associates with verifying and reviewing ACH file originations and wires submitted via online banking or pre-arranged channels.
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries; take ownership and resolve problems.
• Serve as a resource for inquiries from the branches and provide problem solutions.
• Cross-train with other deposit operations associates to provide additional support for other Deposit Operations functions, including backup support for digital banking solutions.
• Communicate thoughts related to the continual improvement of processes, products, services, and related concepts.
• Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including Huddles and Hoopla events.
• Implement all regulatory requirements and procedures and stay current on all assigned training courses.
• Manage work through the utilization of the Quarterly Job Progress Plan.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
