About The Position

Summary Process wires and Federal Reserve check adjustments and maintain records of transactions by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Process all incoming and outgoing wires following established policy and procedures. Manage Federal Reserve check adjustments. IRA Administrator- instruct and support employees with IRA compliance, review and customer documents. Monitor IRA's yearly for required mandatory distributions - calculation, distribution, audit, and compliance. Quality Assurance for critical maintenances. Quality Assurance for Reg D holds. Process journal entries. Comply with applicable banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act. Follows Red River Bank policies and procedures. Attends or completes all required training.

Requirements

• One year certificate from college or technical school; and six months related experience or two years related banking experience.
• Knowledge of Accounting software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Makes timely decisions.
• Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
