Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and interprets correspondence related to account maintenance.
• Ensures compliance of incoming/outgoing documents with governmental regulations by reviewing complex legal documents.
• Performs quality control on new and existing accounts to verify data input and document accuracy.
• Communicates professionally with clients and third parties through phone, email, and workflow tools.
• Researches and resolves account questions and problems submitted internally and externally.
• Processes high-risk tasks including maintenance on accounts with regulatory or monetary implications.
