Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for routine back-office tasks related to loan operations.
• Process client support requests and research customer loan-related questions or problems.
• Perform customer and account maintenance as defined by client-specific procedures.
• Ensure compliance with workgroup and client-specific procedures to adhere to service level agreements.
• Direct work requests from outside the department to the immediate supervisor for approval.
• Research and resolve internal and external customer-submitted account questions or problems.
