About The Position

We the people (and the taxpayers) deserve good government — but today, interacting with government services is often frustrating and inefficient. GovWell is building the AI-powered platform that transforms how governments serve communities, starting with local agencies. Our first product helps municipal and county governments modernize complex services like permitting and licensing. GovWell combines a highly configurable SaaS system of record with generative AI that automates work for staff, guides residents through services, and is radically simple to deploy. Founded in 2023, GovWell powers 3,000+ critical processes for agencies in 29 states serving millions of residents. We’ve raised $9.5M in seed funding from Work-Bench and Bienville Capital, and work in person at our HQ in New York City. Read more about our founding story in TechCrunch. A mission-driven generalist to help us implement new GovWell customers and ensure their long-term success. This position is open to NYC-based candidates who can work 3+ days a week in person from our HQ in Manhattan. We have a primarily in-person culture and value being together in office for a substantial period each week, although the exact days and hours are flexible.

Requirements

3+ years previous experience with relationship management and complex project management
Evidence of scrappiness and work ethic, a “whatever it takes” mentality
A superb project manager with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Help cities and counties across the United States to serve their communities better with modern software.
GovWell is the primary workspace and system of record for our users - government staff typically use it 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Additionally, thousands of citizens use GovWell to access government services.
You will lead 3-6 month implementations of GovWell and ensure our customers’ long-term success by providing ongoing support.
As new customers start using GovWell, you’ll see the direct impact of your work when GovWell transforms their daily workflow.
