About The Position

As a Deployment Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of data, product, and real-world operations. You’ll work directly with end users to turn complex, ambiguous problems into scalable, data-driven solutions that have immediate operational impact. Key responsibilities include: Partnering closely with customer analysts and operators to understand critical workflows, challenges, and decision-making needs Translating real-world operational problems into clear data and product requirements Identifying and integrating relevant datasets in collaboration with engineering teams Designing and deploying tailored workflows for new user groups Leading training sessions and workshops to drive adoption and measurable impact Presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders ranging from analysts to senior leadership Working cross-functionally with software engineering and product teams to feed customer insights back into core product development Building demos and supporting new deployments across expanding programs and geographies This is a highly hands-on role—no two days look the same.

Requirements

  • Experience working in data-centric, analytical, or technical roles with real-world stakeholders
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous problems and turning them into actionable solutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers or partners
  • A collaborative, low-ego mindset with a bias toward execution
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to ~25%) and work on-site as required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with programming, scripting, or analytical tools such as Python, SQL, R, or MATLAB
  • Background in government, defense, national security, logistics, aviation, or readiness-related domains
  • Prior experience in consulting, deployment, forward-deployed engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
  • Exposure to large-scale data systems or enterprise software platforms
