This role requires deep technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and meticulous documentation practices in an FDA-regulated environment. This is a remote role with overnight hours to support our customers based primarily in the US who require downtime to occur at night. Candidates should be comfortable working between 10pm and 6am local time. Minimal weekend/holiday work.
