About The Position

As a Deployment Manager, you will provide project management for a wide variety of large and complex projects to achieve successful completion and delivery of projects within scope and scheduling. We will count on you to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously in various phases of the Project Lifecycle. Along the way, you will get to: Working in conjunction with Operations Management, actively communicate and execute opportunities to improve organizational processes and tools in alignment with PMI standards Act as chief liaison between Internal warehouse, lab, inventory, and sales teams to align on processes and procedures. Also ensuring expectations are aligned between all stakeholders including the client Consistently demonstrate and model key organizational behaviors of customer service, teamwork, documentation and organization, collaboration, and excellence Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules, project parameters, and create/maintain all process documentation specific to assigned client base Responsible for assuring all customer reporting is delivered on time and the integrity/accuracy of the data Ensures that quality standards are maintained for assigned projects Responsible for completing root cause analysis, after action review, lessons learned and providing corrective action to maintain customer satisfaction Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews Maintains a forward-thinking mindset, anticipating and planning for challenges/risks impactful to the project(s), developing ad hoc solutions and mitigation plans Supports Manager on continuous improvement initiatives and special projects, completing them within time and scope Prepares and presents formal presentations at executive briefings Flexibility to work outside normal work hours as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of project management experience, or a minimum of six (6) years of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience of 6 years
  • Excellent organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Strong Analytical skills such as being able to extract data, organize it, utilize it to make key business decisions and communicate/present it throughout the organization
  • Proven understanding of corporate account business needs and knowledge of the IT industry
  • The ability to process map IT lifecycle or project workflows that is effective for both client and internal
  • Leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level business and technology decision making discussions
