The Deployment Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe workplace and promoting the safety standards set by the organization, which is a Safety-First approach. The Deployment Manager is a detail-oriented and organized professional who will work for a Project Manager or Program Manager to oversee a crew of two to eight field personnel. The Deployment Manager manages the site, including the site activities, materials, and equipment. They will work with the project manager and assigned engineer to identify the material and equipment needed to perform the work. This support includes working with procurement. The Manager will direct the receiving of equipment and materials at the job site, track receiving tickets, and bills of laden. The Manager will organize shipments and activity on the work site deployment of shipments, invoices, and project expenses. Will require travel depending on the construction project or contract. This position requires knowledge of industry standards and practices for site civil work, tower deployment and shelter and power installations.
