Cerchiamo Deployment Lead esperti da inserire nei nostri team a contatto con i clienti che fungeranno da ponte essenziale tra PhysicsX e i clienti stessi. In questo ruolo sarai responsabile della gestione completa del deployment della nostra piattaforma sulle infrastrutture di proprietà dei clienti sia in cloud sia on prem. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i clienti per comprendere requisiti vincoli e caratteristiche dei loro ambienti garantendo una adozione fluida della piattaforma e un deployment di successo. This is a hands-on technical role that combines deep infrastructure expertise with strong customer relationship skills. You'll be a trusted advisor who guides customers through complex deployments whilst collaborating internally with our platform teams to ensure our platform meets real-world deployment challenges.

Requirements

Experience in deploying Kubernetes clusters across a range of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on-premise infrastructure
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, preferably Crossplane, Terraform, and Helm
Understanding of networking, security, and observability in containerised environments
Proven track record of working directly with external customers or clients
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including managing expectations and delivering on commitments
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable presenting to technical and business stakeholders
Self-motivated with strong project management and organisational skills to empower internal and external teams to prioritise effectively
Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across various teams
Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese
Esperienza nel deployment di cluster Kubernetes su vari servizi cloud come AWS o Azure e in infrastrutture locali
Esperienza con strumenti di infrastructure as code preferibilmente Crossplane Terraform e Helm
Conoscenza approfondita di reti sicurezza e osservabilità in ambienti basati su container
Esperienza concreta nel lavoro diretto con clienti enterprise
Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione con abilità nel rendere chiari concetti tecnici complessi e nel gestire aspettative e impegni
Spiccate doti di problem solving con forte orientamento al cliente
Capacità proattiva di organizzazione e gestione dei progetti utile per aiutare team interni ed esterni a gestire priorità in modo efficace

Nice To Haves

Experience in a customer-led, customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering role is a plus
Experience in regulated industries or high-security environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Partner directly with customers to assess their infrastructure requirements, security constraints, and deployment preferences, serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout the deployment lifecycle
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical teams and stakeholders
Gather customer feedback and requirements to inform platform development priorities
Design and execute deployment strategies for customer-owned cloud and on-premise infrastructure
Troubleshoot complex deployment issues across diverse infrastructure environments, understanding the difference between application and infrastructure bugs and triage internally
Act as a system validator to ensure our platform works within customer infrastructure
Continuously apply and improve deployment best practices and standards, and coach colleagues in their adoption
Collaborare direttamente con i clienti per valutare requisiti infrastrutturali criteri di sicurezza e preferenze di deployment fungendo da riferimento tecnico durante l intero ciclo del progetto
Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide con team tecnici e stakeholder dei clienti
Raccogliere e sintetizzare feedback e requisiti dei clienti per supportare le priorità di sviluppo della piattaforma
Progettare e implementare strategie di deployment per infrastrutture cloud o locali di proprietà del cliente
Risolvere problematiche complesse di deployment su ambienti infrastrutturali diversi distinguendo tra problemi applicativi e problemi infrastrutturali e gestendo il triage interno
Verificare che la piattaforma funzioni correttamente all interno della infrastruttura del cliente
Applicare e migliorare costantemente le migliori pratiche di deployment e supportare la formazione dei colleghi nella loro adozione
