This role is a combination of customer success and product; in this role you will – Lead deployment and expansion at our most critical customers. On a day-to-day basis this can mean everything from training users on our existing platform, defining granular project requirements, tracking ongoing deliveries and presenting project findings to executives. Beyond the day-to-day you will grow our impact and footprint at the customer by identifying opportunities for expansion and aligning our work against those. Scope and develop product features in collaboration with our engineering and product teams. As an early stage company all our customers are our de facto design partners. Our work with them shows us what we need to improve in our existing platform and what doesn’t exist that should. In this role, you will be the closest to the customer and as a result play a major role in our product development. From small feature improvements to entirely new use cases, you will build a deep understanding of our customers, share that knowledge broadly within our team and collaborate with engineering to develop solutions.
