About The Position

Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) in McLean, VA has an exciting position for a Deployment Lead for a high visibility program/project. The Deployment Lead will be well organized and disciplined to manage deployment functions. The Deployment Lead will have good communications skills and work closely with our customers to provide status to ensure deliverables are provided on time.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience integrating and fielding complex systems and overseeing capital asset deployments.
• Experience leading deployment programs of capital assets or complex systems in austere environments for DHS or Defense organizations.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics Education, or similar degree.

Nice To Haves

• 7+ years of experience in managing deployment projects of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government.
• Experience working with similar programs for DHS or Defense organizations and international customers.
• Proven ability to ensure compliance and manage administrative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment functions for complex systems and capital asset deployments.
• Provide status updates to customers to ensure deliverables are provided on time.
• Prepare and complete action plans to be presented to the Government.
• Provide direction and mentoring to project team members.
• Work with the higher level Deployment Manager to provide effective management of the deployment.
• Document deployment processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance and manage administrative requirements.
