The Customer Success team enables sales by winning the technical validation process, driving value to customers through seamless service delivery, and supporting them with world-class onboarding and technical expertise. This rapidly growing team consists of passionate, mission-driven UAS professionals dedicated to customer success. The Deployment Engineer will lead and drive all aspects of technical implementation, end-to-end usage, and system maintenance for Skydio's cloud-connected products. As Skydio prepares for a future of dock-based vehicles remotely operated through an internet browser, this role requires the technical capability to support complex hardware, network installations, and software integrations both onsite and remotely. A successful candidate will possess deep knowledge in WiFi and cellular networking and experience troubleshooting connectivity issues. This individual will serve as an indispensable bridge between customers and Skydio’s agile and world-class technical teams. The role reports to the Customer Success Organization and will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales functions to deliver industry-leading autonomous solutions.
