Requirements

• 5+ years of deployment, implementation, or systems engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong technical acumen with experience interfacing with APIs, SDKs, or cloud platforms.
• Proven track record of process improvement, documentation, and automation.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to ramp up quickly with independence and ownership.
• Results-oriented mindset with understanding of technical deployments' commercial impact.
• Instinctively use AI to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue impact by leading 8–14 project deployments per quarter, contributing an average of $500K–$1M in deployed eARR.
• Execute and optimize deployments by owning end-to-end implementation processes and collaborating with internal teams.
• Enhance operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements and automation.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to stay current on product updates and contribute to roadmap alignment.
• Document deployment processes, updates, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Support strategic scalability by addressing high pipeline demand and ensuring delivery velocity.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate workflows effectively.
