The Deployment and Financial Coordinator reports to the Program Manager. Under general supervision, applies comprehensive program knowledge and subject matter expertise to execute assigned duties. Supports both the deployment and operational financial processes. Essential Responsibilities: Support the lead coordinator for all RPA deployment actions and serve as alternate interface with customer(s) and employees. Implement and monitor multi-faceted deployment processes and procedures using multimedia platforms in a variety of general, administrative and technical areas, including original materials. Disseminate this information to all affected customers as required. Provide program advisory support including detailed, comprehensive analysis of deployment schedules, taskings, and in-country procedures. Work with the International Business Team and Human Resources to ensure foreign host nation labor laws are understood and advise the Logistics/Deployment Manager on all conditions relevant to overseas employment. Facilitate the OCONUS travel related tasks on behalf of departing employees, including physical exams and evaluations, travel arrangements, lodging, Passports/Visa documents and related matters. Coordinate and maximize the utilization of resources to track the development of deployment processes. Provide timely reports and status updates from these processes. Use a variety of software programs to develop survey instruments, special reports, checklist documentation, training requirements, multimedia presentations, and reference materials to meet customer and contract requirements. Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to deployment training requirements. Review financial documents such as vendor and subcontractor invoices, employee expense reports, and time sheet data. Provide feedback and training for employees and stakeholders to improve efficiency and quality of submissions. Analyze and track project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, conduct research into specific areas, prepare findings and report findings. Create and maintain master files/schedules related to program history, execution, and status for the life of the program (inception to disposal). May provide supervision to junior level employees. Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested by the Program Manager or designated representative in support of program objectives. Candidate needs to reside in the Las Vegas, NV (preferred) or Washington D.C. area.
