Requirements

Two or more years of supervisory experience in chemical processing, laboratory, or industrial environments
Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with wet chemistry processes, chemical handling, or lab operations preferred
Must meet ITAR and NAID eligibility requirements
Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment drug testing

Nice To Haves

Lean or continuous improvement experience is a plus
Proficiency in Excel; data analytics experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead day to day Wet Chemistry Lab operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and production targets
Supervise, coach, and develop technicians and frontline team members
Coordinate workflows, batching, and lab activities to maximize efficiency and throughput
Monitor KPIs, analyze process performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure safe handling of chemicals and compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Collaborate cross functionally with Operations, QEHS, and Maintenance teams
Maintain accurate documentation, batch records, and process data
