The Department Secretary is an unlicensed person who performs indirect care and assists with departmental organizational activities with the leaders of the department. Assists in the coordination of department activities by effectively performing clerical, receptionist, scheduling and communication duties. Assists in maintaining a safe and organized environment for the department(s).
