About The Position

Performs a variety of secretarial, clerical and receptionist duties for PM&R department to ensure smooth department operations and excellent customer service. Schedules patient appointments, registers patients, and assists with insurance pre-certification. Accurately maintains required logs, files and statistics.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 2 years experience in a related position Required

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
  • General Experience communicating in Spanish (Bilingual) Preferred
