Position details: 📄 Status: Full Time 🏥 Facility: Swindle Medical Arts Center 📍 Location: Plant City, FL 🕒 Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Fridays
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1 year - Office Related

Responsibilities
- Provides general secretarial support to the department
- Maintaining records, scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Managing inventory and ordering of supplies
- Greeting and directing patients, visitors and team members
- Word processing and computer program use
- Directing calls
- Recording minutes at assigned meetings
- Time and attendance
- Other duties as assigned
