The clerical support staff assists in maintaining a well-organized and functional department to promote the safe and effective care of patients through support services. The clerical support staff performs clerical duties for the department including typing, faxing, filing, mail services and handling telephone communications. The clerical support staff has the responsibility for: receiving and issuing work order requests, reporting planned maintenance system information, Creating Power Point slides and reporting Environment of Care meeting information, maintaining monthly lease rental charges and contacting outside vendors to create service calls.
