JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Department Policy Analyst is responsible for research, analysis, and articulating Federal and State regulations and policy as they relate to existing or potential departmental programs. Through the strategic use of data, research, information and partnerships, this position will support the decision-making and strategic direction of the Department Director and Division Directors. SCHEDULE: This position operates on a hybrid schedule working Monday- Friday , 40 hour s per week. COMPENSATION: Hiring Range: $85, 000 -$9 5 , 000 USD Annually Total Base Pay Range: 69,405.42 - 90,227.05 - 111,048.67 USD Annual Compensation will be determined based on education, experience and skills.
