About The Position
This position performs paraprofessional-level administrative support for the Pima County Elected Official Human Resources Division. The role includes facilitating communication and coordination among departmental sections, other County departments, and external agencies for HR-related activities, including personnel, purchasing, payroll, and specific programs. The position requires reviewing and verifying HR documentation, responding to inquiries from the public and staff, representing the HR division in various committees, and maintaining specialized HR databases. Additional responsibilities include conducting research, preparing correspondence, assisting in budget preparation, and arranging travel for HR personnel.
