This role is for an organizational effectiveness and project management Managing Consultant to help clients effectively and efficiently execute against their mission. The consultant will work collaboratively with clients to help them work through their most pressing challenges, from implementing new policies to standardizing operations across offices, working side-by-side with government leaders to solve important problems. The position requires strong organizational skills, experience with client program support, and experience managing teams. The role is on-site, in-person, at the Department of Energy headquarters.
