About The Position

The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic or Analytical Chemistry and have a command of the subject matter. Typical activities include inspecting lab for safety and preparations issues, perform experiments indicated in lab manuals/textbooks, maintain student attendance, maintain regular communication with laboratory and recitation coordinator, maintain scheduled office hours outside of scheduled teaching times, meeting lab coordinator and lecture instructors' expectations for grading including: returning graded work promptly, record grades regularly in Canvas and turn in final lab grades by last day of final exams.
