About The Position
McDonald's is seeking fun, friendly, and energetic individuals to join our team. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) to our customers. You will plan for each shift, monitor performances, take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards, and communicate with Managers to help prepare them to run a great shift. Department Managers are also responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping meet assigned goals.
