About The Position

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Provide leadership to crew members and other managers during the shift.
  • Plan for each shift and monitor performance.
  • Ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
  • Meet targets during the shift and complete paperwork timely.
  • Help assigned Departments meet their goals.
  • Manage team members and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure quality food production and daily maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Train team members and manage inventory.
