About The Position
The Department Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings is responsible for overseeing the Heart of House (HOH) area, Bar Department, and Hospitality operations within the restaurant. This role involves managing food and beverage matters, staff planning, team member development, and ensuring a safe environment while improving profitability through effective revenue and labor management. The Department Manager assists the General Manager in supervising restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and is accountable for maintaining high standards of service and quality.
