About The Position

This role is for a Store Department Manager (SDM) who will be a key member of the store management team. The SDM is responsible for coaching and motivating store sales teams, managing retail staff to achieve REI's business and service goals. The ideal candidate possesses a dynamic leadership style, is energetic, visible, and a motivator, capable of recognizing and rewarding team members to deepen engagement and cultivate synergy.
