  • Managing Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems.
  • Setting goals and delegating tasks to teams.
  • Following up and reporting results back to teams and other managers.
  • Ensuring high quality food delivery to customers quickly.
  • Controlling food costs and training kitchen staff in production procedures.
  • Hiring qualified crew and training them well.
  • Scheduling staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
  • Engaging employees through motivation and recognition.
  • Delivering a memorable customer experience.
  • Ensuring service staff are trained in service procedures.
  • Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
