Responsibilities

• Managing Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems
• Setting goals and delegating tasks to teams
• Following up and reporting results to team and other managers
• Ensuring high quality food delivery to customers quickly
• Controlling food costs and ensuring food safety
• Training kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items
• Hiring qualified crew and training them well
• Scheduling staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
• Engaging employees through motivation and recognition
• Ensuring memorable customer experience and effective sales promotions
• Training service staff in service procedures and organizing service areas
