This position offers an outstanding opportunity for individuals dedicated to excellent hospitality management and passionate about leadership. The role involves ensuring excellent operations in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness throughout each shift without supervision, managing restaurant controls such as labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures on a daily basis, and following and enforcing all restaurant safety and security policies and procedures. Additionally, the position requires coaching and following up on crew to ensure excellent operations, assisting in the growth and development of employees, supporting the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals, and successfully managing a department such as Kitchen, People, or Guest Services.

  • Ensure excellent operations in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness throughout each shift without supervision
  • Manage Restaurant Controls such as labor cost, inventory, cash procedures on a daily basis
  • Follow and enforce all restaurant safety and security policies and procedures
  • Coach and follow-up on crew to ensure excellent operations
  • Assist in continuing growth and development of employees inside the restaurant
  • Support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals
  • Successfully manage a department such as Kitchen, People or Guest Services
  • Create and complete goals for individual department
  • Assist with quality hiring, staffing and retention
  • Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule
  • Passion to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Experience in delivering great customer experience and managing sales promotions
  • Experience in controlling food cost and training kitchen staff in production procedures
