Responsibilities

• Managing Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems.
• Setting goals and delegating tasks to their teams.
• Following up and reporting results back to their team and other managers.
• Ensuring high quality food is delivered to customers quickly.
• Controlling food costs and ensuring food safety.
• Training kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• Hiring qualified crew and training them well.
• Scheduling staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Engaging employees through motivation and recognition.
• Ensuring a memorable customer experience.
• Overseeing sales promotions and training service staff in service procedures.
• Organizing Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
