This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, for example, when running the restaurant. However, this franchise is a separate company and employer independent from McDonald's USA.   • Lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
  • Manage assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
  • Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff is trained in service procedures.
  • Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service.
  • Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers quickly.
  • Control food costs and ensure food safety.
  • Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including newly added menu items.
  • Hire qualified Crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
  • Provide Crew with a good start at the restaurant and recognize and motivate them throughout their time there.
  • Must be 18 or older to manage corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
  • Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Looking for positive team players with flexible schedules.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive pay of up to $18.00 depending on experience.
