About The Position

We are hiring department managers with fast food knowledge/prior experience of 2+ years, to join our management team. McDonald's restaurants are staffed by great people, and right now we are looking for more great people... like you! Requirements

• 2+ years of fast food experience.
• Previous experience as a shift manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results back to the team and other managers.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff is trained in service procedures.
• Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly and safely.
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals.
• Recognize and motivate Crew throughout their time working at the restaurant.
