Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience leading others
• Willingness to obtain required certifications
• History of ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers
• Efficient and effective use of time and resources
• Act with integrity, pride, and passion daily
• For Bakery: 1 year or more of experience as a Baker
• For Meat: Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat, previous experience in a meat department, and familiarity with meat processing tools
