Requirements

  • 4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a retail environment with at least 18 months of Store Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.

Nice To Haves

  • Geographical mobility is preferred.
  • Experience in managing high-level retail image and delivering consumer in-store experience.
