About The Position

As a Lead at Refreshed Tech, you will play a critical role in our mission to refurbish and revitalize electronic devices. You will lead a team of associates, overseeing the refurbishing process, ensuring the highest quality standards, and contributing to our commitment to sustainability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in electronic device refurbishment and repair.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and electronic waste management is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Android and Apple IOS electronics
  • Knowledge of Google Suite
  • Knowledge in technology or intermediate computer skills
  • Previous experience with ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team performance.
  • Maintain and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure refurbished devices meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits on refurbished products.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and defects promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
  • Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of electronic devices, including laptops, smartphones, tablets, and more.
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance to team members as needed.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of refurbished products and spare parts.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure a steady supply of necessary components.
  • Track and report on inventory turnover and product availability.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve refurbishing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain detailed records of refurbishing activities, including repair logs and quality reports.
  • Generate regular performance reports for management review.
