Requirements

Proven experience in electronic device refurbishment and repair.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and electronic waste management is a plus.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High School Diploma
Previous leadership experience
Computer skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with Android and Apple IOS electronics
Knowledge of Google Suite
Knowledge in technology or intermediate computer skills

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and support.
Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team performance.
Maintain and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure refurbished devices meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
Conduct regular inspections and quality audits on refurbished products.
Identify and resolve technical issues and defects promptly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of electronic devices, including laptops, smartphones, tablets, and more.
Provide technical guidance and assistance to team members as needed.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of refurbished products and spare parts.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure a steady supply of necessary components.
Track and report on inventory turnover and product availability.
Continuously evaluate and improve refurbishing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance productivity.
Maintain detailed records of refurbishing activities, including repair logs and quality reports.
Generate regular performance reports for management review.
