  • Communicate research findings and strategic vision effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, investors, and the scientific community.
  • PhD in mathematics, computer science, engineering, telecommunication, or other relevant fields.
  • Track record of significant scientific achievements and real-world impact in machine learning, algorithms, information theory, telecommunications, or optimization.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue high-impact research opportunities, leading to groundbreaking innovations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to anticipate future trends and develop long-term research roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience with strong interpersonal & coaching skills, with experience leading and motivating high-performing teams.
